It contains micro-spherical powders that smooth skin texture and blur the appearance of large pores while gently controlling oil shine without compromising skin hydration. Skin Perfecting Matte Primer also protects your skin from free-radical and blue light damage.

Skin Perfecting Matte Primer smoothes texture and creates a velvety matte finish on the skin, while gently controlling oil and maintaining balanced skin hydration. It can be used under makeup, over makeup to reduce oil-shine, or on bare skin for an instant soft matte finish.

DIRECTIONS:

Apply the lightweight formula under makeup to prime, over makeup to reduce oil-shine (with no powdery residue), or on bare skin for a velvety matte finish that looks natural and never dry.
